1. Digital Product Delivery

PuzzleBook Creator AI is a 100% digital goods purchase. Upon completing a successful transaction via WarriorPlus:

• Your product files, prompt templates, and access instructions are dispatched directly to the email address associated with your WarriorPlus checkout account within 3–5 minutes.
• No physical books, optical media, or hardware are shipped to your physical address.
• If you do not see the delivery email in your primary inbox, you agree to inspect your Spam, Junk, and Promotions tabs before filing a non-receipt dispute.

2. License Scope & Commercial / PLR Rights

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license according to the following strict guidelines:

• What You ARE Allowed To Do (Permitted Uses):
  • You MAY use the prompt templates in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI tool to generate puzzles, mazes, cryptograms, logic grids, word searches, and activity books.
  • You MAY compile the generated outputs into physical paperbacks, hardcovers, or eBooks and sell them on Amazon KDP, Barnes & Noble, IngramSpark, or personal storefronts.
  • You MAY sell digital printable PDF files on Etsy, Shopify, Teachers Pay Teachers, Gumroad, or your own website.
  • You MAY use the prompts to create custom puzzle books or printable activity sheets for freelance clients and commercial contracts.
  • You retain 100% of all royalties and sales revenue generated from your published books. We claim zero ongoing royalty fees.
• What You Are NOT Allowed To Do (Strict Prohibitions):
  • You may NOT resell, sub-license, leak, or distribute the proprietary prompt text files, system architectures, or module guides as a competing prompt bundle or PLR prompt package.
  • You may NOT upload the raw prompt suite to pirate forums, torrent trackers, or public file-sharing repositories.
  • Violation of these intellectual property boundaries results in immediate license revocation without refund and may incur copyright infringement claims under the DMCA.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

4. AI Tool Requirements & Third-Party Services

PuzzleBook Creator AI consists of engineered prompt architectures designed to work seamlessly with third-party Large Language Models (including ChatGPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Google Gemini Pro):

• You are responsible for obtaining your own account access to these third-party AI platforms (free or paid accounts).
• We do not own, control, or operate OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, and we are not liable for third-party service downtime, rate limits, or API policy modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Profit Fusion and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including loss of business profits, publishing account suspensions, or marketplace algorithmic changes on Amazon KDP or Etsy.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing commercial digital goods transactions, without regard to conflict of law principles.
